RETURN POLICY

Return policy on Sun Catcher:

You have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (except the carrier) receives the physical possession. However, you do not have the right of withdrawal when purchasing commisioned goods.

The amount you payed will be transferred back to your bank account once we have received the returns.

Orders commisioned by appointment on special sizes and one of a kind designs, can not be returned once the production has begun. This applies to both curtains, textile pieces etc. on special measurements. The pieces are made specifically for your descripted wishes and measures. They are made carefully site-specifically just for you.
